Eight ways to save money at Valley Massotherapy:

1. Because of my extensive training and experience, you get the maximum benefit from every visit (and every dollar).

2. For your comfort and convenience, I no longer accept gratuities.

3. One-hour massages are a full 60 minutes if you arrive on time.  Some facilities seem less expensive but you actually get less time on the table.  (The initial visit involves history-taking and therapy sessions do require time for assessment)

4. Those on my client E-mail list receive special offers and discounts.  To get on the list, E-mail me with "Client E-mail list" in the subject heading.  To assure that the E-mails are not blocked by your computer, please add my address to your contact list (rgrpp@earthlink.net).  You can also stay in touch by "liking" Valley Massotherapy on Facebook.

5. Customize your visit by choosing a time frame that fits your schedule and budget.  A 45 minute massage is only $50.  Consider half-hour sessions ($40) or 15 minute therapy sessions ($20). Try a monthly half-hour "tune up".  For the price of a typical co-pay, you can have 30 minutes of expert, hands-on therapy that keeps you functioning.

6. Packages are available.  Buy five sessions at regular price and get one free.

7. Make sure to have a signed note from a Medical Doctor, Chiropractor or Dentist recommending massage therapy.  The stated reason does not matter.  Sales tax does not apply when there is a note.

8. To save even more money, Do it yourself!  Take seminars like "Touch For Health Kinesiology" and "The Top Ten Pain Releasers".  Learn how to keep yourself and your family healthy and happy.

Most health and medical authorities now understand that the majority of illnesses stem from stress.  In difficult times, you can't afford to neglect your mental, physical and emotional health.
