Note that these
policies apply only to participants who paid tuition
directly to Polarity Healthcare, Valley Massotherapy or Randall Gibson.
1. The entire tuition amount
is refundable up to two weeks prior to start of the seminar.
2. If you cancel less than
two weeks but, at least 24 hours prior to the start of the seminar, the
tuition is refundable minus an administration fee equivalent to $25 per
class day (example: $50 for a two-day class). Alternatively, you can
choose to apply the entire tuition amount toward a future seminar. If
applied to a future seminar, a minimum of $50 will remain non-refundable.
3. If you cancel within 24
hours of the start of a seminar, tuition is non-refundable. You can (one
time only) apply the entire tuition amount as credit to a future seminar.
If you cancel a second time within twenty four hours of a seminar,
a $50 administration fee will apply.
4. If you do not show up
for a seminar (with no prior notification), tuition is non-refundable. You
may apply the tuition amount (minus a $50 administration fee) to a future
seminar.
5. If you attend only part
of a class, tuition is non-refundable. You may be permitted to attend
a part of the class which you missed when the seminar is offered again at a
later date.
